Welcome
To ensure a professional, safe, and enjoyable experience for both parties, the following Terms and Conditions must be adhered to.

Booking Confirmation:
1. All Special Package sessions must be booked in advance.
2. A session is not confirmed until a full, non-refundable, non-transferable deposit has been received.

Deposits:
1. The deposit for every Special Package is 100%
2. Deposits are due at the time of booking
3. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable except in extenuating circumstances, to be determined at the discretion of Teal Revel.

Fees Covered by the Client:
The client is responsible for the full Session fee + Session space as agreed upon at the time of booking.

Session Space:
Session space is to be arranged and paid for by the client unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Alternatively, I am happy to organise a suitable, discreet space on your behalf - provided you clearly indicate this request at the time of booking and cover the associated cost (typically £100–£170) in addition to your deposit.
If you would like Me to arrange the session space, please make this clear on your booking form to avoid delays.
The session rate reflects My time only. It does not include third-party costs such as hotels or private venues.

All bookings imply full acceptance of these terms. No exceptions.

Please Note: If you request that I arrange the session space, it is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the hotel or venue's cancellation and refund policy. These third-party terms may override my 48-hour rescheduling policy. For example, some hotels are non-refundable or require cancellations 2–7 days in advance. If I have already booked a space on your behalf, and you choose to cancel or reschedule, you will still be liable for the associated venue cost.

Location Limitations:
These discounted sessions are only available in City and Inner London.
Requests outside this area will be declined or subject to full-rate tribute (if accepted).
It is your responsibility to confirm that your chosen venue falls within the accepted area.

Cancellation Policy
1. If the client cancels a Special Package session, the deposit is automatically forfeited. No refunds, no transfers.
2. In the rare event that I must cancel, clients can request a refund or reschedule the appointment within 120 days of the original date.

Rescheduling Appointments:
Special Packages cannot be rescheduled.

Late Appointment Fees:
1. Clients are expected to arrive on time for their session.
2. Sessions will start at the scheduled time, and any late arrival will result in the session being cancelled.

Session Conduct:
1. All sessions are conducted within the boundaries of consensual BDSM practices.
2. Both parties have discussed, understood, and confirmed all hard limits and boundaries prior to the session.
3. A safe word will be established prior to the start of the session, and its use will immediately cease all activities.
4. The client agrees to respect the limits and professional boundaries set by Teal Revel.

Health and Safety:
1. The client agrees to disclose any relevant health issues or concerns that may affect the session.
2. Teal Revel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone believed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Additionally, service may be refused to anyone displaying disrespectful or unsafe behaviour.
3. No additional guests are allowed without prior agreement.

Liability:
1. The client acknowledges that BDSM activities involve inherent risks and assumes full responsibility for any injuries that may occur during the session.
2. The client understands and agrees that Teal Revel is not liable for any consequences of your actions, and you will not hold Teal Revel responsible for any issues that may arise from your involvement in a session.

Discretion and Confidentiality:
1. All parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any personal information shared during the course of the session.
2. Photography or recording of any kind is strictly prohibited unless expressly agreed upon in advance and in writing.

Acceptance of Terms:
By submitting the deposit and booking a session, the client indicates their full understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

PAYMENT POLICY

I maintain a strict payment policy to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all parties involved. Please read and understand the following terms and conditions:

Payment Terms
All payments must be made in the method agreed upon in advance.

Special Packages
100% of the deposit is required at the time of booking. This includes a Session space if needed.
Please note that Special Packages are heavily discounted. If a session extension is requested, and I happen to be available, you will be charged My regular hourly rate for an In-Person session. Session extensions must be paid before the current session ends.

Special Package deposits must also cover any additional third-party costs if you request that I arrange the session space.
A final quote for the session space will be given, and payment for it must be added to your deposit at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

In the rare event that I must cancel, clients can request a refund or reschedule the appointment within 30days of the original date.

Tribute & Session Space
All listed rates are tributes for My time, energy, and expertise only.
Session space hire is not included in the stated rate and is the client’s sole responsibility.
You must arrange and cover the cost of a suitable, discreet session space (e.g., hotel, private studio, dungeon) unless otherwise specified.
Any failure to secure an appropriate space will result in the session being cancelled without refund.

If you request that I arrange the session space, the associated cost must be added to your initial deposit. A quote will be provided during the consultation or booking confirmation stage.

Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations: see Cancellation Policy above.
No-shows: Clients may be blocked from future services. An unblock fee, determined at my discretion, may be applied to the client's details.

Ethical Considerations and Non-Negotiables
Sessions are to be conducted sober; alcohol and drugs are prohibited.
Clients and Dominatrices will remain fully clothed during sessions.
No illegal activities or play will be entertained.
No additional guests are allowed without prior agreement.
By engaging in any service with Me, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these payment terms and conditions.
