As your Mstrs, I demand impeccable standards of personal hygiene and grooming from all My submissives. This is not a mere suggestion — it is an absolute requirement for our sessions together. I will not accept anything less than the utmost care for your body, as it reflects your respect for Me and our dynamic.


Daily Routine

Morning:
You will begin your day with a full-body shower, using a gentle, unscented body wash.
You will clean your genitals thoroughly with warm water and a mild soap, paying attention to all folds and crevices.
You will apply a light, unscented moisturiser to your body to maintain skin hydration.

Evening:
You will wash your face with a cleanser that suits your skin type to remove the day's grime.
If you've been physically active or have sweated a lot, you will take a quick rinse to stay fresh.

Weekly Routine

Genital and Body Hair Grooming:
You will keep your pubic hair neatly trimmed or styled to your preference. You will use clean tools and be gentle on your skin.
If you prefer a hairless look, you will shave with care, using a sharp razor and shaving cream or gel to minimise irritation.

Anal Hygiene:
You will perform anal douching 1-2 times a week, not immediately before our session. You will use a gentle, fragrance-free douche or an enema bulb with warm water.
Beginners will start with a small amount of water and increase as they become accustomed to the sensation.

Vaginal Care:
For those with a vagina, you will perform vaginal douching once a week with a pH-balanced solution. You will time this after your menstrual cycle to maintain vaginal health.

Exfoliation:
You will exfoliate your body once a week to slough off dead skin cells and invigorate your skin. You will be especially gentle on intimate areas.

Nail Care:
You will keep your fingernails and toenails clean, trimmed, and filed to prevent discomfort during intimate contact.

Monthly Routine

Full Body Inspection:
You will conduct a monthly self-examination of your skin, including your genital and anal areas, to monitor for any changes or concerns.

Hair Removal:
Those who opt for waxing will schedule appointments once a month to manage body hair growth.

Pre-Session Preparation

24 Hours Before:
You will take a thorough shower to ensure all body parts are immaculately clean, with extra attention given to your genitals and anus.
You will plan for anal play by administering a gentle enema 12-24 hours in advance to ensure cleanliness.

Day of the Session:
You will shower to refresh yourself, using products that won't irritate your skin.
You will ensure your nails are spotless and neatly groomed.
If you've shaved, you will do so at least 12 hours before to avoid any skin sensitivity.

Self-Care Tips

Hydration:
You will stay well-hydrated by drinking plenty of water daily, which benefits your skin and overall health.

Diet:
You will eat a balanced, varied diet that includes a variety of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains to support your health and energy levels.

Hard Limit: Poor Hygiene
Poor hygiene is a hard limit for Me. If you fail to meet these standards, I will not engage in any form of play or intimacy with you. Your body is a temple, and I expect you to treat it with respect and care. Any signs of neglect or poor hygiene will result in immediate termination of our session and potentially our dynamic.
